Shipping

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $100 within the continental U.S.  We also offer free shipping to Canada (orders over $100 USD) and Europe (orders over $200 USD).

Orders that do not qualify for free shipping are priced at $12 in the USA.

International orders do not include duties or applicable taxes. The recipient is responsible for paying duties and taxes on the package. 

Return

We hope you love everything you order from Affordable Chic, but if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we are happy to accept returns on new, unworn merchandise, in its original packaging within 30 days from the date of delivery.  Returns from the U.S. are free with the enclosed shipping label. Return shipping for international customers is considered the responsibility of the purchaser. 

In-stock items typically ship within two to three business days from the time your order is placed. We are located in New York, NY and US customers should receive their order within seven business days from the time of shipping, depending on your location and chosen shipping option.

Orders can be canceled with no penalty, as long as the order has not been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please send an email to bechic@affordablechic.com

We do not do exchanges at this time, but you can return the item and repurchase it in a different size. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Approved refunds are issued in the same form as the initial payment. Depending on the method of payment, it may take up to 3 weeks to see the credit.
